Mr. Dyker's office confirmed that payments to the Choc and Chic Tribes members will not be made until September, as stated in a bulletin circulated by Mr. Roberts. Mr. Roberts has been invited to help write the regulations, but it is unclear if he has responded yet. Mr. Dyker has been out of town and it is unknown when he will return to his office.
