Mrs. Hattensty wrote to Congressman Carl Albert regarding her deceased husband's share of payments for the sale of Choctaw and Chickasaw Indian coal lands. The Indian office will send proof of heirship notices to determine legal heirs and amounts to be received. Mrs. Hattensty asked about her children's shares and her late husband's mother's share. She requested assistance from Congressman Albert as she has had difficulty getting information from the office in Ardmore.
