Mrs. Lena B. Love Green wrote a letter to Honorable Carl Albert regarding the payment for Coal and Asphalt lands. She provided him with a list of family members and their roll numbers, and requested his assistance in ensuring they receive their payment. In response, Carl Albert informed her that the payments will be sent out by the office of the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He also explained the process for payment distribution to living enrolled members and heirs of deceased members. Carl Albert offered further assistance and encouraged Mrs. Green to reach out to him if needed.
