Senator Robert S. Kerr apologizes for providing inadequate debate material to Miss Mary Aléde Baker at Southeast High School. He explains that due to the high number of requests he receives, he relies on brochures from the Library of Congress but has sent additional materials on foreign trade. The debate class and coach express disappointment in the material received from Oklahoma delegates and request better quality government publications.
