The text is a thank you letter from Senator Robert S. Kerr to attorney Bryce A. Baggett for speaking on his behalf in a debate about medical care. Baggett discussed the Kerr Bill and its benefits, and was able to change some attendees' perspectives on the issue. Kerr expresses gratitude for Baggett's support and hopes they did justice to the occasion.
