The letter from Robert G. Baker, Secretary for the Majority in the United States Senate, informs Senator Robert S. Kerr that Saturday sessions will be necessary due to the heavy work schedule ahead. Senator Mansfield has requested all senators to be available for votes and quorum calls during this time. Additionally, the Senate will only take the day of July 4th as a holiday. If there are any changes to these plans, Senator Kerr will be contacted immediately.
