Senator Raymond Gary from the 26th District in Oklahoma is writing to Senator Robert S. Kerr to express concern about the decision to only allow two probate attorneys for Indian affairs in the state. He believes this may not be in the best interest of the Native American population and urges Senator Kerr to reconsider this decision for the benefit of the Indian community in Oklahoma.
