Sandy Gibbs is seeking scholarship assistance to attend UCLA. He has applied for funds through the Bureau of Indian Affairs, but has encountered difficulties due to his location in California. Senator Fred R. Harris is assisting him in forwarding his application to the appropriate office in Oklahoma. Gibbs is grateful for the help and hopes to take advantage of this educational opportunity.
