Senator Harris asked Frank Cowan, Jr. to inquire about the Bureau of Indian Affairs paying tuition for Indian students to attend the American College of Health Careers. Mr. Cowan contacted Mr. Toyebo at the Anadarko Area Office to send an application form for assistance to Marty Pierce in Oklahoma City. Mr. Cowan requested that the Bureau consider the application promptly and inform Senator Harris of their decision.
