 File — Box: 197, Folder: 3
Identifier: CAC_CC_026_1_197_3_016
Senator Fred R. Harris received a letter from Patty C. Allen regarding difficulties she had encountered at the Chilocco Indian School. Senator Harris contacted the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs for a report on the matter. The report confirmed that Allen's problems with her supervisor had been resolved after meetings with the Area Personnel Officer. The officer discussed educational leave for Allen during the summer, and a plan was developed to meet her certification needs and benefit the education program at Chilocco. Allen was also encouraged to continue good relationships with her supervisor and school officials.
