Senator Fred R. Harris has received a response from the Office of Education regarding Mr. Robert L. Martin's proposal for an educational program for American Indians. The letter states that the proposals are currently being reviewed and Senator Harris is hopeful that Mr. Martin will be able to secure the grant he has applied for. Senator Harris offers further assistance if needed.
