The Bureau of Indian Affairs received a proposal for a "Free Drop-In School" from the Rapid City Indian Service Council, Inc. They are unable to provide funding at this time due to budget constraints but will continue to monitor the project and offer recommendations for funding sources. They will keep the Senator informed of any future assistance they may be able to provide.
