The letter addresses concerns about an educational loan obligation incurred by Mr. Quincy Dean Sitting down. It explains that Mr. Sitting down took out a loan while completing his undergraduate degree and is now interested in utilizing Bureau resources to repay the loan. However, due to limited funding, the Bureau is unable to assist in repaying former debts. It is suggested that Mr. Sitting down, now a college graduate, should be able to fulfill his education loan commitment on his own.
