Mr. Charles A. Tayrien wrote a letter expressing his desire to find funding for teaching the Osage language and Indian customs and culture classes. Senator Fred R. Harris responded, stating that he has contacted the Bureau of Indian Affairs to inquire about funding programs and will update Mr. Tayrien once he receives a response.
