Mrs. Grover D. Wilson contacted Senator Fred R. Harris regarding financial assistance for her foster daughter, Francelia White Eagle, to attend college. The Bureau of Indian Affairs provided a grant to cover part of White Eagle's expenses, and they are willing to consider additional funding if needed. Senator Harris expressed his support and offered further assistance if required. White Eagle's education and financial aid situation have been addressed and resolved favorably.
