Identifier: CAC_CC_109_8.5_3_28_0043
The Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma are proposing changes to the Indian Health Service eligibility criteria. They suggest that non-Indian persons served by the Indian Health Service should be limited to spouses of eligible Indians and minor non-Indian dependents of eligible Indian families. Eligibility for non-Indian individuals in certain categories would terminate upon reaching the age of majority. The letter is signed by John D. Schoeman, Tribal Administrator.
