The Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma are proposing changes to the Indian Health Service eligibility criteria. They suggest that non-Indian persons served by the Indian Health Service should be limited to spouses of eligible Indians and minor non-Indian dependents of eligible Indian families.
