The Oklahoma Club of Durant, Oklahoma, sent a resolution to Congressman Carl Albert regarding per capita payments and removing restrictions on Indian lands. Congressman Albert responded, stating that efforts were being made to speed up payments to known heirs and resolve issues with estates in other states. He also mentioned that once attorney's fees are determined, Lease District payments can begin immediately.
