J.W. Long sent a letter inquiring about posting the Washita River to prevent fishing and asking about the distance allowed to walk near the water. Carl Albert, a congressman, responded that the decisions are left to the State Game and Fish Department and he would contact them for a reply. He then contacted the Oklahoma Game & Fish Department for information on Mr. Long's inquiries.
