Harold E. Cooper, Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 83 in Hugo, Oklahoma, wrote to Honorable Carl Albert requesting maps for the troop's scout work. Albert ordered the maps from the Geological Survey and had them sent to Cooper. Upon his return from a trip, Albert confirmed that the maps had been sent and offered further assistance if needed. Cooper expressed gratitude for the maps and thanked Albert for his help.
