Proposal for Establishing Indian Hospitals in Central Oklahoma, 1975-01-01 - 1975-12-31

 Item — Box: 131, Folder: 12
Identifier: CAC_CC_001_4_131_12_0015
A group is requesting an appropriation for an Indian hospital in Ada to serve Central Oklahoma, approved by the Indian Health Service. There are no funds in the budget for the hospital, and they are seeking Carl Albert's leadership in getting it added as a line item. The Seminole Nation also wants a hospital in Seminole, which was added last year but cut out in conference. They are requesting a meeting before Easter Recess Carl Albert to discuss Carl Albert further.
