Governor Overton James of the Chickasaw Nation and Hugh Warren of Ada are requesting a meeting with Carl Albert in Washington to discuss Carl Albert a new Indian hospital for Ada before Easter. They have been trying to set up this meeting for months and would like 30-40 minutes with Carl Albert. Governor James wants Carl Albert to call him to work out a date. It is suggested that the meeting be scheduled after the session to ensure all delegates can attend. There is a question about whether any preliminary work has been done for funding for the hospital project.
