Confirmation of Ada Site for Indian Health Service Hospital, 1974-08-26

The letter is in response to a suggestion to establish an Indian Health Services Hospital facility at Shawnee instead of Ada. The Indian Health Service officials have assured that the site recommendation for Ada will not change based on a resolution made by the Oklahoma City Indian Health Service Advisory Board. The letter writer has contacted the appropriate officials and reiterated their support for the Ada site. They are awaiting further communication from the Director of the Indian Health Service in Washington.
