The letter is in response to Governor Overton James' comments on the establishment of an Indian Health Services Hospital facility. The Indian Health Service has assured that the site recommendation for Ada will not be changed, as decided by the Oklahoma City Indian Health Service Advisory Board. Carl Albert expresses support for the Advisory Board's recommendation of the Ada site.
