The letter is addressed to Congressman Albert regarding the location of a new Indian Hospital in Central Oklahoma. The Indian Health Advisory Board has recommended Ada as the location, but there is a suggestion from the Western Tribes to consider Shawnee instead. The community of Ada has worked closely with Governor James and has two sites available for the hospital.
