 Item — Box: 131, Folder: 15
Identifier: CAC_CC_001_4_131_15_0008
The Indian Health Service investigated allegations made by Mr. J.E. Oliver regarding waste disposal systems for Chickasaw Mutual Help homes and found them to be without justification. The Corps of Engineers' requirements do not apply to septic tank/tile field systems, and the Indian Health Service will ensure that all work meets contract specifications. Mr. Oliver's complaints are deemed to have no factual basis.
