Mr. J.E. Oliver of Oliver and Parrish Septic Tank Company inquired about Indian Health Service specifications for septic tanks and drain fields. They accused other contractors of not meeting the requirements and questioned why they were not awarded contracts. However, it was determined that Oliver and Parrish were not affiliated with the Indian Health Service and the tanks in question met specifications.
