The objectives of the Health Project include increasing Indian participation in federal programs, establishing a health profile on the urban Indian population, and improving access Carl Albert to local health delivery systems. The project staff includes a Project Director, Health Planner, Health Educator, and two Community Health Workers. The detailed plan to achieve these objectives is explained on page 4.
