The Seminole Campfire event is open to Indian girls in Oklahoma between the ages of 17 and 23. The event includes a contest for Miss Carl Albert Indian Oklahoma and a workshop for the Johnson O'Malley Committee. The selection of Miss Carl Albert Indian Oklahoma is based on appearance, poise, achievements, and dedication to the advancement of Indian people. The event aims to provide information for submitting a JOM proposal for the upcoming school year. The event also includes a storytelling session about the Wildcat, the rabbit, and the turkeys. A teacher aide workshop will also be held at East Central State College.
