Mrs. Winey Lesley Brown requested assistance in getting approval for a new automobile, but Carl Albert explained that they have no authority to act on behalf of the Office of Indian Affairs. They are writing to the Field Agent for the Seminole Tribe to give her request special consideration. If Mrs. Brown needs anything else, she should let them know.
