Miss Carl Albert Fryer received a letter from Carl Albert stating that there is no proposed legislation to extend the time for leasing Choctaw and Chickasaw coal and asphalt lands. The Interior Department plans to have a conference with tribal representatives to reach an agreement on purchase prices for the lands, and Carl Albert will resist any delay in the matter.
