The letter is from Carl Albert to James D. Dunlap regarding an issue with Mr. Montgomery disallowing a leave of absence for Dunlap. Albert has taken the matter up with the Commissioner's office and although they initially refused to interfere, they have agreed to look into the situation and contact Montgomery to try and resolve the issue. Albert assures Dunlap that he will do everything he can to help.
