Congressman Carl Albert of the Third District in Oklahoma has been informed by Assistant Commissioner Rex Lee that James H. Belvin has been re-appointed as Principal Chief of the Choctaw Indians. Belvin's commission was sent to Area Director Mr. G. Roberts for delivery. Belvin was endorsed for re-appointment in a referendum by the enrolled members of the Choctaw Tribe.
