The text includes two telegrams sent by Carl Albert, M.C. from the Department of Interior, Indian Affairs announcing contract awards for on-the-job training in the manufacture of carpets, carpet yarns, children's and ladies' sportswear in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. One contract was awarded to Mid-America Yarn Mills, Inc. for $20,288 and the other to Hamlin Canvas Goods Company for $10,675.20. The proposed date of award was 7/13/70.
