The text is an Act that determines the rights and interests of the Choctaw Nation, Chickasaw Nation, and Cherokee Nation in the bed of the Arkansas River and lands in Oklahoma. The Act allows the tribes to bring suit against each other to determine beneficial title, with the United States consenting to the litigation. The Secretary of the Interior will administer the land according to the judicial determination. The Act also allows for appeals to the Supreme Court and for settlement agreements to be made between the parties. It is declared that the Act does not determine the merits of conflicting claims to the land.
