Victor Nedd Looney has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Chickasaw Housing Authority in Ada, Oklahoma. He will be responsible for meeting the housing needs of Indian people in the Chickasaw Nation. Looney, who is one-quarter Chickasaw, has a background in community planning and education. He will be moving to Ada for his new position.
