Abner White has written to the Interior/BIA and Principal Chief C. David Gardner concerning the disposition of Choctaw tribal funds. The Speaker has contacted Chief Gardner to request information and is waiting for a response. Abner White is concerned about the distribution of the trust fund and how it can benefit the Choctaw tribe. There is a sense of urgency in addressing the needs of the tribe, particularly in providing housing and support for orphan children.
