The Speaker thanks Mrs. Louisa Sam for bringing to his attention correspondence she received regarding per capita distribution of funds by the Choctaw Nation. He advises her to bring the material to the attention of the new Congressman in January. He also informs her that legislation dealing with the Arkansas Riverbed has died with the adjournment of Congress and new legislation must be introduced in the 95th Congress.
