Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Garland from the Public Health Service Hospital in Talihina visited the office of the Democratic Whip in Congress to thank Mr. Albert for his help with employment issues. They also expressed concerns about low morale at the hospital and a decrease in patient load due to perceived mistreatment by staff. Additionally, they mentioned a need for additional supplies at the hospital.
