The text is a memo from the Democratic Whip's office in Washington, D.C. regarding a phone call from Miss Ryan and Toby Morris in Lawton about a telegram received from Grady L. Anderson, President of the Choctaw Council. Toby Morris did not want to reply to the telegram until he knew how someone else had answered it. The memo also mentions a telegram sent to the Secretary of the Interior on the matter.
