The text is a series of communications regarding the Choctaw Indians' request to have a voice in the selection of their Chief. Congressman Carl Albert is thanked for his support and urged to wire the Secretary of the Interior to allow for the election or expression of the Choctaw people in this matter. The Choctaw Council of Pittsburg County also authorizes a request to the Secretary of the Interior for the same.
