The text consists of correspondence between Mr. Kenneth E. Black, Executive Director of the United Indian Tribes of Western Oklahoma and Kansas, and The Honorable Carl Albert regarding resolutions passed by the Tribes relating to the Indian Health Service. The resolutions call for the creation of permanent positions for Indian Physician Assistants and support for the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes in obtaining funding for a Health Care Center in Concho, Oklahoma.
