Mr. C.B. Smith is requesting George B. Schwabe to use his influence with the Rules Committee to have the Fair Trades Bill, H.R. 5767, reported to the House of Representatives for consideration. Schwabe assures Smith that he will do his best to persuade the Committee to place the bill on the calendar. Smith emphasizes the urgency of the matter for the druggists of Oklahoma. Schwabe is asked to do everything in his power to move the bill forward.
