Mr. M. H. Collier sent a telegram to George B. Schwabe requesting him to use his influence with the Rules Committee to have the Fair Trades Bill (H. R. 5767) reported to the House of Representatives for consideration. Schwabe assures Collier that he will do his best to persuade the committee to do so. Collier, an independent pharmacist, is urging Schwabe to vote to place the bill on the House calendar. Schwabe asks for further communication if he can be of service.
