A letter from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, in response to a request from a constituent regarding a proposed bill to amend the Federal Trade Commission Act. The constituent requests that the bill stay in the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce and not be transferred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
