A letter from George B. Schwabe, a congressman, acknowledging Mr. F.A. Popkess's interest in H.R. 5767, a bill to amend the Federal Trade Commission Act. Schwabe is enclosing a printed copy of the proposed measure and states that he will consider Popkess's request to oppose transferring the bill to another committee. He mentions that he has not heard arguments for or against the bill yet, but will listen with interest and consider Popkess's wishes when it comes time for the House to consider it. Schwabe ends the letter by expressing his hope that his actions will meet with Popkess's approval.
