A letter from John H. Walker, National Vice President of the American Federation of Government Employees, to George B. Schwabe, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. In the letter, Walker expresses the importance of a salary increase for civil service and post office employees, as well as concerns about annual and sick leave benefits. He invites Schwabe to discuss these matters with representatives from Oklahoma during their visit to Washington. Schwabe responds, stating that he will be in Oklahoma on Monday but will be available to meet on Tuesday and Wednesday.
