The letter from George B. Schwabe to Rufus L. McDonald discusses the extravagant spending of the Employment Security Commission on luxurious quarters in Bartlesville. Schwabe expresses his disapproval of the wasteful spending of taxpayer money by the New Deal operators and thanks McDonald for providing him with information to help him fight against such extravagance. Schwabe promises to continue to work towards preventing such misuse of funds while in Congress.
