Mrs. Beecham wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe regarding charges brought by the UE-CIO against the Western Telephone Workers in the Kearny area. She is concerned about the treatment of the Electric Employees association and requests that the National Labor Relations Board give them fair consideration. Schwabe contacted the NLRB on her behalf and enclosed their reply, stating that the case will be decided based on the record. Mrs. Beecham expresses gratitude for Schwabe's assistance and asks for his support in keeping the CIO out of their union.
