An application for federal assistance for the Preschool Experience Center run by the Reconciliation Committee of Ponca City. The center provides day care and training for 40 Indian children in Ponca City, Oklahoma to prepare them for school and life. The program aims to provide necessary pre-school experiences and services such as mental, dental, and psychological services. The center has received positive evaluations from the State Licensing Agency. The program began on a voluntary basis and expanded in 1972.
