Mrs. Barbara Koebrick is writing to George Curtis to express her dissatisfaction with the remedial program being offered by the Cheyenne and Arapaho Education Program. She feels that the program is not beneficial for her children and is critical of the educators involved. She questions the effectiveness of taking children away from their homes for education.
